To work as a Manager with us, you need to:

• Hold a Level 5 Early Years Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent
• Be a strong communicator
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a management role
• Be able to inspire a multi-disciplinary team
• Set high standards for the team and role model these
